Trending Lifestyle Audios
Did You Know You Have 30 Minutes?
TikTok users are embracing a soundbite from the reality show Flavor of Love, where contestants are told they have only 30 minutes to get ready. The audio clip has become a popular way to express feelings of being rushed or to urge others to hurry up.
This trend is ideal for creating relatable content. Tap into situations that might have you or your audience feeling the pressure of time. Whether it's getting ready for a night out, meeting a deadline, or getting through traffic for that important coffee date, this soundbite provides the perfect comedic backdrop.
Very Demure, Very Mindful, Very Cutsie
Beauty vlogger Jools Lebron's makeup tutorial sparked a viral trend with her distinctive phrase, "Very demure, very mindful, very cutesy." People are now using these words, either from the original sound or in their own voice, to describe how they approach tasks with a reserved and intentional manner.
This trend's versatility is its strength. Think of "demure" as a more understated version of "slay." Apply it to any situation where you're being careful, deliberate, or simply want to add a touch of playful elegance. For example, you could say "Packing my lunch for work—very demure, very mindful, very cutesy" or "Choosing my outfit for the day—gotta be demure, mindful, and cutesy." You could even apply it to more serious situations like "Replying to that email from my boss—keeping it demure, mindful, and a touch of cutesy."
You may be familiar with the songs “Please, Please, Please” and “Espresso,” as both have been trending audios recently. Well, Sabrina Carpenter released a new album this week featuring those songs!
This time, the song “Taste” is jumping to the top of the music charts on TikTok. Users have been using the song for a wide range of content.
Use this audio if you are looking for a song to help your video gain a bit more momentum.
If you’re in the mood to dance, there’s an alternate version of the audio being used for the“taste” dance that has emerged.
The Paris 2024 Paralympics are in full swing AND fully televised
Last month, we were all captivated by the inspiring stories coming out of the Paris 2024 Olympics. But as the Olympic flame dimmed, another equally powerful torch was lit: the Paris 2024 Paralympics.
Since the Paralympics kicked off on August 28th, we've been glued to our screens, witnessing the awe-inspiring feats of over 4,400 athletes.
So, why is this such a big deal?
This year, for the first time ever, all 22 Paralympic events are being televised!
Also, for too long, Paralympic athletes haven't received the same level of media attention as their Olympic counterparts, despite their equal dedication and extraordinary achievements.
This lack of exposure isn't just about recognition—it can directly impact an athlete's performance. Knowing that the world is watching can be an incredible motivator, pushing athletes to surpass their own expectations.
Paralympic athletes are finally getting the spotlight they deserve. By sharing their stories and celebrating their victories, we're not just watching a competition; we're changing perceptions and inspiring the next generation of athletes.
